An easy Curry Soup recipe we made using a thermos for busy mornings when you want something warm for lunch. If you get a little creative with the ingredients, you can make it so the soup is perfect to eat at lunchtime. The onions become nice and soft and the curry roux fully dissolves as it gets shaken up in your bag on the way to work or school. To keep it warm, please wrap the bento in a wrapping cloth and place it a warm place. It should be warm but not scalding hot by the time you are ready to eat, so it's safe for small children as well. The soup curry itself is easy to make, so we also made a bear out of the rice. You can make him lounge around in the curry soup! We got the idea for cutting onions from hockie8612.
